37 week belly

This was from our photo shoot. While on the drive home I took this one. The pink hand print is Adrea's and the blue Abby's. We had such a good time. More photos to come later!

37 week check up

Well today we are at the most 10 days from having this baby here and I am so excited and ready.
I had another check up today. The baby's heartbeat was at 150 but that is more then likely because it was moving around a lot before the doctor came in. He took some measurements of my belly and said he was thinking it was going to be around the 6.5ish Then he took some measurements during the ultrasound and said it was looking more like 7.8 give or take a pound. So who knows. He finally managed to get a profile picture, so yay! Other then that we were in and out quickly.

I haven't recorded the last few appt. because for one there isn't really that much to see. He keeps the monitor turned more towards him so he can measure and with the baby being so big he doesn't wasn't us to accidentally see any parts that would tell us what we are having. And also the last 2 appt. I have forgot to put the camera in my purse. Haha
But like I said in 10 days we will be able to put many pictures up for everyone to see!

Photo shoot

Sunday we had a maternity photo shoot done. Our neighbors have an awesome camera so they took us out to a park. There will be more, these are just a few of them they put on their website.

2 WEEKS TO GO!!

I am so happy that I am finally on the 2 week countdown! In 14 days or less this baby will be here. We will finally know boy or girl. We will finally get to see who it looks like. YAY!

36 week check up

I know the last post was also 36 weeks too but that is what happens when you have once a week appointments.

Again the doctor said everything still looks good. We tried again to get a profile picture and had a very hard time. So he drew a face on the pic to show where things should be. There is also the heart beat pic, it was about 142, in the normal range.
We are still scheduled for the c-section on the 30th. Which makes me happy to know I don't have to go until 41 weeks like I did with Adrea.

36 week check up

Wednesday I had my apt. The dr. said the baby is big. I am measuring a week ahead of where I actually am. So we have decided to go ahead with a planned c-section. We go in on the 30th of March! So in 3 weeks from today we will have baby! I am so excited I can hardly stand it. Now we just need to get everything around the house done in that time!

So the picture for the week is baby's ear. We have not been able to get a facial profile of this little one for the last month. It is where it is supposed to be looking at my back. It just makes it hard to see its face! So here is the ear and a fist next to its head! Cure ear though :)

36 week belly

Here it is! I am not sure where the next 3 weeks are going to go! Right now it is all baby!

The Baby Shower

The food was so good!

The gifts were amazing. We are so blessed to have amazing friends and family who spoiled us rotten! The girls had a blast opening the presents. (poor Abby had the flu so she had to have a mask on to be around everyone)

Our guests, some of these pictures are from playing games, some are just pic of everyone that was here.
We had such a great time. Amanda did an amazing job getting everything organized. Julie was a big help too. I have some great friends.

And as the added bonus we got to see everyone in Idaho. That was awesome. I did not expect it and it just made the day so much better. It was such a great day!

The Baby's Crib

Here it is!!! The baby's new bed, I am so excited to have it up. David did a good job putting it together! I love looking at it, and I can't wait to see the little one in it!!! I decided to not go with the traditional bedding sets that are out there. I figured that I would rather get a nice soft blanket that the baby can actually use, and I fell in love with this blanket.

31 Week Check Up

Well we have made it to the final 8 weeks! Yay! The doctor said the baby is still looking good. It is actually measuring a little on the big side. Which is what I have been thinking with how rough this little one is. In the first picture it is of the baby's head. You can see the circle, he took this one because you can see the little fist next to it's face. In the second picture it is another profile pic.
I also got one of the heartbeat again, and it is still in the 148 range! While doing the ultrasound the doc didn't want to go too far towards the lower half of the baby. He remembered we are waiting to find out, so he didn't want me to get a peek, since the baby is bigger now it would be easier to see what it is! We are so close now that finding out at this point would just be giving up, right? :)

30 Week Belly Pics

Here are the 30 week belly shots! I am in the last 10 weeks, and so excited!

One Busy Baby!

I recorded the baby kicking. This baby is crazy. Neither of the girls were this active. I swear this baby is training for a kick boxing match or something. Most of the kicks are on the upper part of my belly. I get a lot of little pokes lower but nothing like the kicks. I love to feel it move around, and when the girls get to feel it they get so excited but sometimes I think it is going to kick its way out!
I like it when I can actually feel a little leg. I can put one finger on one side and one on the other and trace the leg. It is awesome. It will also curl in one area and my stomach looks lopsided, and you can feel this hard ball. I will poke and rub trying figure out what I am feeling and it must be ticklish like Dad because it moves. I am glad it finally turned head down because for a while I was scared to poke and feel around cause I didn't want to be poking it in the head :)

Baby Belly / new hair do

So here is the 28 week shots, and one new hair cut shot! The one in the tan shirt was taken Friday, and the one in the blue shirt was taken Sunday, after I got my hair cut! But the belly is huge either picture you look at. It is crazy. I feel so big, and the baby is anywhere between 2.5-3 lbs. I just don't know where the next 3-5 lbs are going to go :)

January- Week 28 check up

The doctor said everything looks good! My thyroid and glucose test came back normal, so that is good news.
The ultrasound went good like always, it is so nice to see the little monkey is doing well. The heart rate is still around 148 beats per minute. The baby flipped and moved to head down, so that could be good. He had a hard time getting a profile picture this time because baby was facing my back. So there a 2 pics of the face but they are kind of hard to see. One has a little hand next to the face. At the end of the ultrasound you can see its hands and feet curled up together. I hope you can see the the U S, it kind of had a glare from the lights. :)

Oh I have to tell you I was so tempted to have the Dr. tell me what it was, but I said no while he was looking. Man I have more will power then I thought :)
